Plans for an international patrol to guard the Syrian-Palestine frontier against smugglers and infiltration of bandits and illegal immigrants are being discussed by high police officials of both countries, it was revealed today.
Roy G. B. Spicer, Palestine inspector-general of police, is in Syria now conducting negotiations toward that goal.
