South Africa Puts New Curb on Aliens

The Government today issued a regulation forbidding issuance of temporary landing permits to aliens who sailed from home after March 31. Under the regulation, permission to enter South Africa must be obtained prior to sailing. It was issued in connection with the recently enacted Aliens Law providing for selective immigration.
