NEITHER THE WHITE HOUSE NOR THE STATE DEPARTMENT WERE READY TODAY TO COMMENT ON THE ROYAL COMMISSION REPORT. SECRETARY HULL SAID HE WOULD GIVE AN IMPRESSION ON ALL FEATURES OF THE QUESTION IN DUE TIME. HE ADDED THAT HE HAD BEEN GIVING ATTENTION TO ALL PHASES OF THE ARAB-JEWISH PROBLEM FOR A LONG TIME. THE BRITISH EMBASSY HAS TRANSMITTED A COPY OF THE ROYAL COMMISSION REPORT TO THE STATE DEPARTMENT.

REPRESENTATIVE SAMUEL DICKSTEIN (DEM., N.Y.) ANNOUNCED HE WOULD BRING UP THE PARTITION QUESTION IN THE HOUSE NEXT MONDAY.
