REPRESENTATIVES OF ALL INTERESTED PARTIES — GREAT BRITAIN THE ARABS AND THE JEWS — WERE CONVERGING ON GENEVA TODAY FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY SESSION OF THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS MANDATES COMMISSION, OPENING FRIDAY, WHICH WILL CONSIDER THE BRITISH PROPOSAL TO PARTITION PALESTINE.

A DELEGATION FROM THE JEWISH NATIONAL COUNCIL IN PALESTINE IS COMING HERE. IT WILL SEE PROF. WILLIAM RAPPARD, VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE MANDATES COMMISSION, AND WILL ATTEMPT TO SEE WILLIAM G.A. ORMSBY-GORE, BRITISH COLONIAL SECRETARY, WHO IS COMING HERE TO PRESENT THE BRITISH CASE. THE DELEGATION INCLUDES DR. ABRAHAM KATZNELSON, RABBI BEN-ZION UZIEL, SEPHARDIC CHIEF RABBI OF PALESTINE, AND MORDECAI ELIASH, LAWYER WHO HAS PRESENTED THE CASE FOR THE JEWS BEFORE PREVIOUS BRITISH COMMISSIONS.
