THE HUNGARIAN POET, JOSEF ERDELYI, HAS PUBLISHED A BALLAD ENTITLED “THE BLOOD OF ESTHER SOLYMOSI,” REVIVING THE CHARGE THAT THE GIRL WHO WAS SLAIN IN TISZA ECSLAR IN 1882, WAS MURDERED FOR JEWISH RITUAL PURPOSES. THE CHARGE HAD BEEN FOUND BASELESS IN A CELEBRATED TRIAL IN 1884.
