EIGHT JEWISH HOUSES WERE SET AFIRE AND A NUMBER OF ELDERLY JEWS WERE STONED TODAY IN ANTI-SEMITIC EXCESSES IN KIELCE. POLICE WERE INVESTIGATING THE DISORDERS. ATTACKS AGAINST JEWS ALSO OCCURRED IN RADOM AND SEVERAL SMALL TOWNS.

AS A RESULT OF THE ANTI-JEWISH BOYCOTT IT IS PREDICTED THAT JEWISH BUSINESSES WILL BE UNABLE TO PAY TAXES WHICH FALL DUE IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS.
