Paris Racism Parley Ends, Asking International Law to Curb Racial Agitation

THE WORLD CONGRESS AGAINST RACISM AND ANTI-SEMITISM, ATTENDED BY 300 DELEGATES FROM 22 NATIONS, CLOSED HERE EARLY THIS MORNING WITH THE DECISION TO PRESS FOR AN INTERNATIONAL LAW THAT WOULD PUNISH RACIAL AND ANTI-SEMITIC AGITATION. OTHER RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED BY THE CONGRESS INCLUDE A DEMAND FOR EXTENSION OF ASYLUM RIGHT TO ALL PERSONS PERSECUTED FOR ETHNIC REASONS AND A CALL FOR A CONFERENCE OF JEWS, ARABS AND CHRISTIANS SEEKING PEACE IN PALESTINE.
