Twenty-four nations have accepted the United States Government’s plan for international aid to refugees, Secretary of State Cordell Hull announced today. Italy is the only nation so far to dissent. Secretary Hull said there would be an announcement in “a very few days” on plans for administering the proposal. The State Department is working on the plan daily. Selection of the international committee, the place and times of its meeting will be divulged soon, he said.
