Rabbi J.L. Zlotnick, of Vancouver, B.C., announced today his Appointment as Educational Director For The Jewish Community In The Union Of South Africa. He will sail early in August to assume his duties, traveling by way of Palestine. Rabbi Zlotnick said it was the first time that such a post has been created in any country outside of Palestine.
