Police today arrested 110 persons, eleven of them foreigners, in a raid on a building on the shores of Stoelchensee, a lake in the Berlin suburbs, on charges they lacked proper identification papers.

Charging this zone is frequented by “Many anti-social elements,” an official announcement said the foreigners and 99 German Jews were under provisional arrest. The raid was carried out in line with the strict watch which authorities are maintaining on all centers frequented by Jews, it was said.
