A violent anti-Jewish campaign has been coupled with the new drive of the totalitarian states against the French colonial possessions. Arab leaflets noting against the Jews, hitherto spread in Spanish Morocco, are now being smuggled by Germans and Spanish Fascists from Tetuan and from the Canary Islands to the French colonies, including French Morocco. The leaflets denounce Jews as French agents and declare their presence is “disastrous to the Arabs.”
