Palestine birth does not confer British citizenship, the Court of Appeals decided yesterday in dismissing an appeal by Isaac David Ketter against an order of deportation for failing to comply with the Aliens Order. In his ruling, Justice Singleton said the Treaty of Lausanne did not transfer Palestine to Great Britain, therefore Ketter was not a British subject either by birth, naturalization or annexation of territory.
