Lord Hailey, chairman of the Refugees’ Coordination Committee presided today at the formal opening of the Cultural Center for Austrian Refugees. He expressed the hope that the center might bring back to the refugees something of their own home life and help them regain something they had lost elsewhere. A message was received from Prof. Sigmund Freud, who was too ill to attend.
