Establishment of a nation-wide Birthday Fund in honor of the 65th birthday of Dr. Stephen S. Wise, president of the American Jewish Congress, which occurred today, was announced by the Governing Council of the Congress. The fund will, at the behest of Dr. Wise, be used to maintain the work of the American Jewish Congress. Special committees will be set up for the purpose of establishing this fund in various localities.
