A fine of 50 guilders and sentence of a month’s imprisonment, the latter suspended for a three-year probationary period, were imposed by a Rotterdam court on an editor of “World Service,” the anti-Semitic news service published by Col. Ulrich Fleischauer in Erfurt, Germany, on a charge of anti-Jewish incitement.
