Bill to Curb Jewish Entry Voted Down in South Africa

A bill aimed at restricting Jewish immigration in the Union of South Africa, called the Anti-Jewish Aliens and Immigration bill, was rejected today in the Chamber by a vote of 81 to 17. Only nationalist members voted in favor of the bill, which was introduced by Eric H. Loeuw, Nationalist.
