Cuban Army Bans Rallies by Uniformed Group

The Cuban army command today ordered military posts to disperse all meetings staged by organizations whose members were uniforms. The order followed a “Phalanx” rally at Santiago de Cuba in which a number of demonstrators wore blackshirt uniforms.
