Dr. Bernhard Kahn, former chairman of the European Council of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, is expected to sail for New York on May 4 to become honorary chairman of the council. He was tendered a farewell dinner last night by Eastern European delegates to the international conference of the OZE, Jewish health organization.
