To circumvent Government orders for dissolution of all foreign political organizations, Argentina’s Nazisive and propaganda activities under the guise of athletic, cultural and welfare societies, Heinrich Jurges, one-time secretary of Reich Propaganda Minister Paul Joseph Goebbels, charged tonight. It was Jurges who several months ago, through a letter to President Roberto Ortiz, disclosed an alleged Nazi plot to annex Patagonia, at the southern tip of Argentina.
