Zionist parties for the first time in the history of the Zionist movement in the Argentine will hold no elections for the World Zionist Congress in Geneva next month, it was announced here today. The decision, it was stated, was prompted by the fact that the decree banning connections between local alien groups and foreign countries is lacking in clarity, leaving opportunity for arbitrary police action in the event the elections are held. As a result a single slate will be named to the Congress, comprising three Zionist Federation and two Poale-Zionist delegates, or the same division as for the last Congress.
