A four-point plan to assist refugees was adopted here yesterday by the annual convention of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women’s Clubs. Approved without a dissenting vote, the plan provides for creation of a national committee on refugees, which will obtain the names of federation members seeking a haven here, aid in learning English; invitations to membership in clubs and establishment of vocational clearing houses.
