The Association of Polish Jews in France today addresses declaration to President Ignace Moscicki and Marshal Edward Rydz-Smigly expressing it to fight for the defense of Poland in every possible way. Simultaneously, Polish bor and non-Jews began organization of a united committee, including the Polish Jewish veterans, who said they were prepared to join the French forces in the event of war.
Foreign residents of France will contribute from 200,000 to 300,000 men to the army in event of war, Henri Levin, secretary of the National Center for Study of Emigrate Problems, stated. The Center is in touch with foreigners of 33 nationalities.
