Fifty-four of the 100-odd American delegates to the World Zionist Congress in Geneva, which closed on Aug. 25, have not yet returned, owing to dislocation of shipping by the war crisis, according to a compilation made today by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. Many of these are aboard the United States liner Manhattan, French liner Ile de France, the British liner Aquitania and other ships expected to arrive this week and next.
