Simon Dubnow, the noted Polish Jewish historian, who was invited by the Jewish National Workers’ Alliance to come to the United States, has received an American visa from the consulate in Riga, according to a cable received by the alliance.
Prof. Dubnow a few days ago cabled his thanks to the Alliance for its invitation. Officials of the organization are awaiting notification as to the date when the historian will leave Riga. A large reception is planned when he arrives here.
