The first Polish Jewish leaders to reach the United States since the outbreak of the war will arrive in New York Sunday. Passengers on the Manhattan, they are Jakob Apenslak, editor-in-chief of Nasz Przeglad, Warsaw Polishlanguage Jewish daily; Dr. Arjeh Tartakower, member of the executive committee of the Jewish Emigration Association, and Dr. Leib Wulman, a leader of the TOZ, Polish Jewish health society. They left Poland before the war began.
