An Associated Press dispatch from Berlin today declared that German officials were withholding public judgment on responsibility for the Munich incident. Although the press charged Jews and Great Britain with responsibility, the dispatch said, the officials declared it would “prejudice” the investigation to surmise that Jews were responsible.
