Supreme Court Justice Louis A. Valente yesterday reserved decision on a motion by Joseph E. McWilliams, head of the Christian Mobilizers, seeking to enjoin Attorney General Frank Murphy and United States Attorney John T. Cahill from prosecuting anti-Semitic organizations for violation of income tax, passport and foreign agent laws, Mathias Corres, Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney challenged the jurisdiction of a State court in a matter concerning the statutory duties of a Federal officer.
