Activities of the OZE, Jewish health society, during the past 18 years were reviewed today at a conference attended by delegates from all parts of Lithuania and a special delegation representing the Polish branch of the organization.

Reports read at the meeting showed that 8, 437 children had passed through summer colonies operated by the organization and 57,300 others had been given violet ray treatment. The society distributed 8,840 kilograms of cod liver oil and 149 nurses received training in its nursing school. A resolution paid tribute to the work of the Kaunas branch in aiding refugees and stressed the necessity of intensifying and enlarging the work among the poorer classes of Lithuanian Jewry.
