Jews, Gypsies Barred from Army, Face Forced Labor

The Slovakian Government, in decreeing two-year military service for Slovakians, Germans and Hungarians, has barred Jews and Gypsies from the army, it was reported here today. Members of the banned groups, however will be placed in camps for compulsory labor.
