The Archbishop of Santiago, Monsenor Jose M. Caro, highest dignitary of the Catholic Church in Chile, today attacked racism and the Nazi racial doctrine. “The Nazi theory of racial superiority is absurd, ridiculous and the source of evil,” the Archbishop declared.
