Paul van Zeeland, president of the Coordinating Foundation for settlement of refugees, will sail from Lisbon for New York on the Italian liner Saturnia tomorrow, it was announced today by Mr. Van Zeeland’s office here. The Saturnia is scheduled to arrive Feb. 8 or 9. Mr. Van Zeeland, after a short stay here, will continue to the Dominican Republic.
