Argentina Enacts Fifth-column Ban

At an all-night session the Argentine Chamber of Deputies, by a vote of 123 to 8, adopted measures designed to spike fifth column activities. The law, to remain in force until June 31, 1941, prohibits all tendencious propaganda and activities of foreign elements contrary to the country’s institutions.
