The Republican National Committee’s Resolutions Committee was urged today by the American Federation of Labor, represented by President William Green and Secretary George Meany, to include in its platform planks calling for prosecution of organizations seeking violent overthrow of the Government, deportation of aliens advocating such overthrow and continuation of the nation’s restricted immigration policy.
