Hans Otto Roth, leader of the German minority in Rumania, has declined the post of Minister of National Minorities offered him by Premier Ion Gigurtu and has gone to Berlin to confer with Chancellor Adolf Hitler regarding “the new order in Rumania,” it was reported here today.
