A new National War Fund for dependents of South African soldiers was launched today by Governor-General Sir Patrick Duncan. The first contribution, amounting to £10,000 was made by the Landau brothers, Jewish philanthropists.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
