Rep. Adolph J. Sabath (Dem., Ill.) Chairman of the House Rules Committee, said today that he would in the future block, at every opportunity, attempts by Rep. Jacob Thorkelson (Re, Montana) to fill the Congressional Record with pro-Nazi literature.

His statement came after an exchange yesterday in which Sabath halted Thorkelson for a time, but when Sabath was forced to leave the floor because of duties with his important committee, Thorkelson rose three more times to fill the Record with Goebbelstype literature without opposition.
