The Rumanian Cabinet today issued a decree ordering 231 persons, mostly Jews to remain in specific residence and not leave these points, the German wireless reported. The decree was issued under the Defense of the State order. The list of persons to whom the order applies included Emmanuel Sacor, former chief editor of the liberal newspaper Adeverul the report said.
