Henri Torres, lawyer who defended Sholom Schwartzbard, assassin of the Ukrainian pogrom leader, Col. Simeon Petlura, and who was scheduled to have been one of defense counsel for Herschel Grynszpan, slayer of a German Embassy official in Paris, has arrived here from France to take up permanent residence in Rio de Janeiro. He was warmly received by journalists’ and lawyers’ groups here.
