Dr. Walter Krause, 30, an “Aryan,” has been sentenced by the Vienna District Court to 18 months at hard labor for “degrading the race,” it was reported here today.
According to the Neues Wienes Tageblatt, Kraise admitted living with a “full-blooded Jewess, Dr. Sara Smircka, 26,” The accused said in his defense that he was “a believer in the individualistic conception of life” and that he considered it “quite all right to live with a Jewess he loves.”
