A $138 suit against the Schoenheef Book Co. of Boston in the name of Rudolph Hueblein, German Jew living in Leipzig, is being contested on the ground that Hueblein, if living, would derive no benefit from the action to collect. Charging that the suit was brought for the benefit of other persons, the defendants have filed a motion in Central Municipal Civil Court demanding that the law firm of Jones, Nash and Birming ham, which initiated the suit, show its authority to represent Hueblein.
