The 17th convention of the Argentine Zionist Organization opened here today with 115 delegates from all parts of the country in attendance.
Messages of congratulations were read from Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization who is now visiting in the United States, and M. M. Ussishkin, world president of the Jewish National Fund. Scheduled speakers at the convention include Dr. Selomon Goldman, of Chicago, former president of the Zionist Organization of America who is touring South America.
