A Vichy dispatch to the New York Times today quoted travelers from Belgium as stating that, despite forced liquidation of Jewish businesses and compulsory opening of safety-deposit boxes and other “vexatious measures,” anti-Jewish discrimination in that country “has not yet conformed entirely with German wishes.”
