Dr. Isaac Alkalay, chief rabbi of Yugoslavia, accompanied by his wife and daughter, have arrived in Istanbul, it is reported here by the Times correspondent in that city.
Dr. Alkalay, whom certain correspondents reported as being killed during the bombing of Belgrade, left Belgrade with his family on April 7th the day after the Germans bombed the city. His journey to Istanbul was made mostly on foot.
