The Nazi authorities in Belgium are refusing exit visas to Jewish emigrants, holders of visas to oversea lands, it was reported here today. A number of Jews who were scheduled to proceed to the United States are therefore unable to depart, the report says.

The Chief Rabbi of the Sephardic Jewish Community in Paris, Dr. Missim Ovadia, is among the Jews whose naturalization had been revoked by the French authorities, according to word today from Vichy.
