Ralph E. Samuel has been appointed chairman of the 1941 merged fund-raising campaign of the New York and Brooklyn Federations of Jewish Charities, it was announced today by former Supreme Court Justice Joseph M. Proskauer, chairman of last year’s joint drive.
The New York and Brooklya Federations support 116 medical and social welfare agencies, the announcement said.
