A Jewish Bible Society to promote study and research into the Scriptures has been founded here. The first meeting was addressed by Professor M. D. Cassuto, of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, who spoke on the Book of Genesis.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
