Vladimir Kosofsky, 65, a founder and a member of the central committee of the Polish Socialist Bund, died here today in Mt. Sinai hospital after an illness of two months. Kosofsky arrived in the United States in April of this year after a tortuous journey from Vilna by way of Japan.
