German Jews Permitted to Extend Stay in U.s.a. Without German Passports

Austrian and German citizens of Jewish religion who entered the United States on a temporary permit and who desire to secure extensions of their stay in this country will no longer be required to get an extension of their expired German passports before they are granted a further stay, it was announced here today.
