David Yellin, one of Palestine’s greatest teachers and writers, was buried yesterday as thousands of mourners paid tribute to him. Leading Jewish, Arab and British officials attended the funeral, which was marked by simple rites. No eulogies were delivered. Chief Rabbi Herzog recited Kaddish.
