The resignation of all members of the Administrative Committee of the New Zionist Organization, and the establishment of an Emergency Committee to conduct the affairs of this organization has been announced here today in an official communique issued by the reorganized NZO administration.

The Emergency Committee has also announced that it will no longer consider itself responsible for the activities of A. Abrahams, member of the former Administrative Committee who is also the editor of the Jewish Standard, official organ of the New Zionist Organization. The Jewish Standard is no longer to be considered the organ of the NZO as long as it remains under Mr. Abrahams’ editorship. In making these announcements, the newly-formed Emergency Committee issued a statement saying that it adheres to the policy adopted by the NZO congress in Vienna in 1935, as defined and formulated later by the late Revisionist leader Vladimir Jabotinsky and as it is being carried out now by the Presidency of the NZO in New York.
